Contacting support

For general help, account questions, or anything that cannot be resolved inside the app, email support@taxmo.co.uk. A person reads every message.

For privacy, data access or GDPR requests, email privacy@taxmo.co.uk. That address reaches the data protection contact directly, which is faster than routing a rights request through general support.

Hours and response times

Support is staffed Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 UK time, excluding UK public holidays.

Taxmo aims to reply to every email within one business day. Messages that arrive outside business hours are answered on the next working day.

Bugs and feature requests

The fastest route to the product team is from inside the app. Signed-in users can report a bug from the bug reports page, and can submit and vote on feature requests from the feature requests page, which is how priorities get set.

If you are not signed in, email support@taxmo.co.uk and the report will be passed on.

Billing and subscriptions

Subscriptions bought through the App Store are managed by Apple, not by Taxmo. To cancel, change or request a refund for an in-app purchase, open the App Store on your device and go to Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, or use Apple's subscription help page.

For invoices, VAT receipts or any other billing question, email support@taxmo.co.uk and include the email address on the account.

The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are linked from the support page, alongside the Apple standard EULA that applies to the app.
